Every listing here is claimed by its host and checked against the public Short Term Rental license file for its city. When the permit number matches an active license, the listing carries a License verified badge. Listings show neighborhood and ZIP only, never a street address.
No booking fees, no commissions. This is a directory, not a booking platform: guests follow the listing to the host's own booking page.
Hosts and property managers add their rental with their own photos and their Airbnb, Vrbo, or direct booking link. Claiming a Basic listing is free.
The permit number on the claim is matched against the public license file we already pull for Denver, Scottsdale, and Tempe. A match on an active license earns the License verified badge. Verification is a fact from the public file, never something sold.
Every claim is reviewed by a person before it appears here. Nothing is published automatically, and contact details and permit numbers are never shown publicly.
These are the cities where we hold the public license file today, which is what makes verification possible.
2,062 active Short Term Rental licenses out of 2,329 in the current city file. See Denver listings
2,740 active licensed rentals out of 3,001 in the city's open data file. See Scottsdale listings

Filter by city and ZIP. Featured listings appear first in their city and ZIP.
Basic is free forever. Featured is priced per listing, so a manager with ten rentals pays only for the ones worth promoting.
Featured activates once your claim is approved and payment is confirmed.
Guests and cities both ask the same question: is this rental licensed? A listing here answers it with the public record, and sends bookers straight to your own booking page with no commission in between. Claim your listing and we will check your permit right away.
